Crescent Park Capital Partners was founded in 2014. Together the Partners bring a diverse and complementary skill set, with over 25 years’ experience in operating private companies, entrepreneurship, private equity, management consulting and capital raising.

Rob has a background in organizational and financial management with experience working with both blue-chip and entrepreneurial organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Africa. Prior to his role with Crescent Park Capital, Rob worked with Deloitte Australia focusing on strategy consulting and corporate finance transactions for large and medium sized construction and resources companies. This role also took him to West Africa where he was able to work closely with the local people to help them develop their resources sector and accompanying government oversight.


Rob is currently the President of Hathorn Corporation, a medium sized Candian manufacturing company focused on the plumbing tool space. As President, Rob is responsible for growing that business organically and though the execution of M&A transactions. 

Rob holds an MBA from Oxford University, a Bachelor in Engineering from the University of British Columbia and certificates in Project and Investment Management.

 

Renee Hourigan - Partner

Renée Hourigan is a strategic advisor with over 15 years of professional experience spanning human capital and change management consulting, internal and external communications and B2B marketing with a proven track record of delivering complex business transformation and people and change initiatives, from strategy development and planning through to implementation and sustainment.

Prior to joining  Crescent Park Capital Partners, Renée held progressively senior advisory roles with KPMG Canada and KPMG International, most recently as Senior Manager of Transformation Delivery for KPMG Canada and as Global Change Management and Talent Lead.

 

Over the last several years Renée has been a hands-on consultant to private, non-profit and public sector clients representing a broad range of industries while maintaining a core focus on financial and professional services. Beginning her career in corporate communications and marketing at CIBC and KPMG, her consulting skills are complemented by grassroots experience and knowledge in branding and re-branding initiatives; brand activation, events and experiential marketing; digital and social media strategy and execution; and the development of award-winning thought leadership.
