Duane had a 28-year career with Horsley Bridge Partners, a venture capital and private equity fund-of-funds investment manager with offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He retired in 2010 as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.
Brian is currently Co-CEO of Innflux, an HSIA to the hotel industry. Innflux was acquired through a search fund vehicle called Fellowship Capital Partners in 2011. Prior to FCP Brian was a vice president with Equity International, a middle market growth private equity fund where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, underwriting and closing new investment opportunities, as well as working closely with portfolio companies post-acquisition on operations and business strategy. Brian has extensive experience evaluating businesses in the middle market across strategy, competitive landscape and profitability metrics.
Brian holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) with a double major in finance
and management information systems.
Michael is currently Co-CEO and COO of Innflux, an HSIA to the hotel industry. Innflux was acquired through a search fund vehicle called Fellowship Capital Partners in 2011. Prior to founding Fellowship Capital Partners, Michael graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in June 2010. Before business school, Michael worked in operations at Equity Residential, a multi-family real estate investment trust, where he focused on expense optimization and revenue enhancement strategies, along with financial planning and budgeting.
Michael also has significant experience in entrepreneurship having started and grown businesses in several industries, including student housing, food services and landscaping.
Michael holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a double major in finance and economics.
